🍹 The Recipe: Mango Lassi with Kefir & Greek Yogurt

Ingredients (makes about 1 liter):

  • 1½ cups plain kefir (adds probiotics and tang)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (adds thickness and protein)
  • 1–2 tbsp raw honey, to taste (or agave/maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp cardamom powder (for that traditional warmth)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional but adds depth)
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • ½ to ¾ cup cold water to thin it as needed
  • (Optional) 1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until silky smooth — no mango bits left behind!
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
  4. Pour into sterilized glass bottles or jars.
