🍹 The Recipe: Mango Lassi with Kefir & Greek Yogurt
Ingredients (makes about 1 liter):

- 1½ cups plain kefir (adds probiotics and tang)
- ½ cup Greek yogurt (adds thickness and protein)
- 1–2 tbsp raw honey, to taste (or agave/maple syrup)
- ½ tsp cardamom powder (for that traditional warmth)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional but adds depth)
- Pinch of sea salt
- ½ to ¾ cup cold water to thin it as needed
- (Optional) 1 scoop of plain or vanilla protein powder
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend until silky smooth — no mango bits left behind!
- Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness.
- Pour into sterilized glass bottles or jars.
